Provincial Item-Level Response Reports include data for all BC students in Grade 10 who wrote a particular Form of the Science 10 exam in English, in June 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 or 2009. The information is reported by three curricular organizers (domains): Earth & Space Science, Life Science, and Physical Science. Both public and independent schools are included.

The Science 10 provincial Item-Level Response Reports display the proportion of students who made errors on each test item and a description of the misconception.

For each year three reports are available:

• Earth & Space Science
• Life Science
• Physical Science
