Provincial Item-Level Response Reports include data for all BC students in Grade 12 who wrote the English 12 exam in June 2008 and 2009. There are four types of reports: three multiple choice (MC) reports by domain and one written response (WR) report. Both public and independent schools are included. The English 12 provincial Item-Level Response Reports display the proportion of students who made errors on each test item and a description of the misconception.

In 2008 four reports are available:

• Prose (MC)
• Written Responses (WR)

In 2009 four reports are available:

• Stand-Alone Text (MC)
• Synthesis (MC)
• Analysis of Synthesis (MC)
• Written Responses (WR)
